Swagath Restaurant & Bar in Defence Colony, New Delhi

Swagath is a well known restaurant cum bar in New Delhi. We went the Defence Colony outlet in New Delhi.

It was a good experience overall. The food was delicious. The service was however a bit slow even during lean hours.

Ice Tea was a bit too sweet. Mango Lassi did not have any real mangoes in it despite the season being on.

Chaach was good though. Very nice in fact.

We had a chicken dish which turned out to be delicious. Rice Pulao, Paneer Lababdaar and Dal Makhani were also tasty.

Overall, a good place to have lunch/dinner at. Prices are on the higher side but that is expected considering it is located in Defence Colony and competition includes high profile restaurants like Moets and Moti Mahal Delux.

Expected cost of Lunch for a group of four: Rs. 2000.
